Encantador, tranquilo y luminoso junto al mar

El apartamento de 50m2 está en la urbanización Sot del Morer de Sant Pol de Mar delante de la playa, 10min de la estación de tren, 55km de Girona y 65km del Aeropuerto de Barcelona con autobús SAGALES directo. Está situado en primera planta con vistas al jardín y mar desde la terraza y acceso directo a la playa. La habitación se compone de una cama doble y en el salón hay un sofá-cama muy amplio para dos personas. Hay un baño completo, cocina equipada con lavadora, ventiladores, estufa para invierno, TV de pantalla plana, wifi en todo el establecimiento y parking gratuito. La entrega de llaves se realiza en el mismo apartamento de 16h a 21h con opción a alargar. Es un apartamento libre de humos y se permiten animales de compañía con un coste adicional. A la entrada se pedirá la tasa turística de 1.00 x persona x noche y la documentación y estaremos a vuestra disposición casi las 24h para cualquier cosa que podáis necesitar durante la estancia.

    Apartamento tranquilo, cómodo y bien equipado. Con acceso directo a la playa. Los días que estuvimos no hizo mucho calor y fue suficiente con los ventiladores. La comunicación con Ana fue rápida y atenta, tuvimos flexibilidad en el check in. Una estancia agradable.

    The flat is great, located close to the beach and 15 min walk from the town's center. Highly recommended if you wanna be steps away from the beach!

    Great apartment, steps from the beach, right by a small seaside town. We really enjoyed our stay. The apartment is functional, clean and cosy. Ana was very helpful in arranging our arrival and departure and with any questions we had.

    We had three really relaxing days at Rogers place. The communication with Roger was easy. The place is very nice and clean, even the towels and bed linen were smelling so good! Ana who gave us the keys, also was really helpful and gave us some extra recommendations for restaurants :) The apartment is located near a beautiful cove “Cala Roca Grossa”, 15 min by walk! We really recommend this place :)

    Very nice appartement to stay. Very nice and helpful people (Thanks Ana and Roger). The view is perfect, the access is very easy, perfect location. There is a private parking. The appartement is clean and there is all inside. I highly recommend.

    The location to the beach at San Pol de Mar is excellent just a few hundred metres via a causeway underneath the main road. The apartment is very nice and has all the amenities you require for a holiday on the Costa, and the underground garage is very welcome for your vehicle should you hire one. Ana, the apartment owner is lovely, extremely helpful, knowledgeable and contactable 24 hours a day. We needed an extra fan as the apartment does not have AC, and she came round the following day with an extra one for us. If you want a holiday away from the hoardes of the Costa Bravo, look no further than San Pol de Mar, lovely bars and restaurants, great beaches and this lovely quaint apartment, you won't be disappointed.

    Great apartment located in a quite zone, full of light, clean and with good access to the seaside. The apartment had all necessary appliances, comfortable bed, sofa and furniture to make your stay a pleasant one, including a fast WiFi. The host was quite friendly and efficient, helping me to arrange a smooth check-in. I highly recommend this property!
